Luckshitha Liyanage

Luckshitha Suriyasena Liyanage is a highly skilled engineer and scientist with expertise in memory technology, carbon electronics, process integration, device physics, and hardware engineering. Currently, Luckshitha works as a Research Faculty in the NIST RF Electronics Group at CU Boulder, focusing on contributing to the development of innovative technologies for the betterment of society.

Luckshitha's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University, an MSc in Electrical Engineering, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering & Engineering Physics from Lehigh University. With an outstanding academic record and a dedication to research and development, Luckshitha has equipped themselves with a strong foundation in engineering.

Throughout Luckshitha's career, they have held significant roles in various prestigious organizations. This includes being a Research Faculty at the University of Colorado Boulder, a Staff Process Integration Engineer at Applied Materials, a Consultant for Carbon Electronics at the Sri Lanka Institute of Nanotechnology (SLINTEC), a Staff Engineer (R&D) at Western Digital, a Senior Device Engineer at SanDisk, a Quality and Reliability Engineer at Intel Corporation, a Process Development Engineer at IBM, a Visiting Scholar at IMEC, and a Research Assistant at Stanford University.
