Luckshitha Suriyasena Liyanage is a highly skilled engineer and scientist with expertise in memory technology, carbon electronics, process integration, device physics, and hardware engineering. Currently, Luckshitha works as a Research Faculty in the NIST RF Electronics Group at CU Boulder, focusing on contributing to the development of innovative technologies for the betterment of society.
Luckshitha's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University, an MSc in Electrical Engineering, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering & Engineering Physics from Lehigh University.
