Lucie Benjamin is an accomplished project and programme manager with over 10 years of experience, including a focus on digital delivery. She has a proven track record of managing multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and completing projects within budget utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies. Lucie is a Scrum Master Certified professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with others to motivate development and project teams. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Internet Technology, First Class Honours from Anglia Ruskin University.

Lucie's professional experience includes her current position as Programme Manager at BBC News, as well as several senior project management positions for the organization, including News Mobile Apps, BBC Homepage, and Knowledge FM&T News and Knowledge. She was also a Technical Project Manager for FM&T and a DELTA Project Manager for MediaTel Group. Before joining the BBC, Lucie was a Project Manager for SigmaTel.
