Luciano Lance, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in major multinational industries, has a comprehensive background in information technology and industrial automation. He has successfully delivered several integrated systems, including SAP and BI/Analytics, across big companies while managing complex contracts, multidisciplinary teams, and global activities. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in production engineering and has pursued an MBA in business management and agribusiness management from Fundação Getulio Vargas. Lance's expertise includes IT infrastructure, telecom, support, systems, industrial automation, and AgTech. He has been responsible for developing IT strategic and operational planning, structuring IT departments, and adapting best practices like ITIL, Scrum/Agile, CobiT, and PMBOK to fit the company's requirements. Lance has a focus on process management, SLA improvement, gap identification, and solution implementation to build internal client trust and credibility. Before being appointed as IT Manager at ADAMA Brasil, he held various roles in several prestigious companies across Brazil, including Santa Helena Indústria de Alimentos S/A, Tonon Bioenergia S/A, and LDC - Louis Dreyfus Commodities.
