Luciano Gregoretti

Luciano Gregoretti is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in psychology, analytics, and workforce analytics.

Luciano holds a Master of Science in Social, Industrial, and Communication Psychology from the Università degli Studi di Padova, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and a Master of Science in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

With a career spanning various prestigious organizations, Luciano currently serves as the Vice President of Workforce Analytics at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He has previously held roles such as Senior Consultant in Organization Transformation and Talent at Deloitte, as well as Consultant positions in Organization Transformation and Talent at Deloitte, Talent Management and Organizational Development at iCoachFirst, and Human Capital Consultant at Independent Consultant.
