Throughout her career, Lucia has held key positions in various organizations, including serving as the Head of School at The Grove, Head of HHS Autism Provision and Principal Designate for the Grove Autism School at Heartlands Community Trust, Headteacher at The Holmewood School London, Assistant Head at Jack Taylor School, and Teacher at St Dominic's Primary School.
