Responsible for hiring 50+ people for the MoPub Business and Twitter Direct Sales Org teams across four global offices.

-  Managed recruitment life-cycle, including job posting optimization, initial candidate assessments, compensation packages, and offer negotiations.
-  Advised managers on hiring best practices including interviewing methods, compensation standards, and candidate selection.
-  Implemented standardized interview framework with Twitter managers.
-  Designed interviewer training curriculum for MoPub Business team. Provided 1:1 coaching on hiring process, interviewing and feedback best practices, and evaluation rubric use.

Sales Recruiter

Employee 25 at mobile advertising startup. Directed all elements of the people and recruiting functions including performance coaching, employee relations, compensation, HR compliance and employee development. Only recruiter to support company during growth to 100+ people across four offices globally. Promoted from Recruiter in December 2012.
-  Owned recruiting cycle and processes for Engineering, Product, Sales, and Client Services roles. Served as in-house recruiting expert; trained and coached hiring managers and interviewers on best practices. Designed hiring framework to delineate hiring needs and standardize interviewing and feedback practices.
-  Managed global relocation and worked with external legal team to process H-1B visas and address employee immigration challenges. Hired first employees in London and Singapore offices.
-  Supported MoPub executive team during due diligence process; partnered with Twitter HR during and after acquisition to ensure role and job family alignment.
