Lucia de Luca

Lucia de Luca is an experienced communication and public affairs professional with over 15 years of expertise in risk communication, stakeholder engagement, policy development, and media relations.

She excels in delivering effective global communications strategies for both public and private organizations, focusing on aligning with partners' interests and leading high-performing teams. Lucia is recognized for her brand advisory skills and ability to build relationships with policy makers, member states' authorities, and Universities to shape corporate agendas.

Currently involved in political outreach at Women Political Leaders, Lucia previously dedicated 15 years to the European Food Safety Authority, with earlier roles spanning European media relations specialist, lobbying campaign consultant at Hill & Knowlton International Belgium, and marketing representative at Virgin Express.

Her career began in 1996 at the European Parliament in Luxembourg. Lucia holds an MA Degree in Modern Languages and Literature, studying at the University of Parma and the University of Passau. Besides her native Italian, she is fluent in English, French, German, and Spanish.
