Lucia Adams is a highly accomplished Change Lead with a strong background in media, having worked for reputable organizations such as Bauer Media Group UK and The Times and Sunday Times. With a Post Grad Diploma in Management from the University of Oxford and a BA in French and German with European studies from the University of Bath, Lucia has developed sound skills managing and leading transformation both at team and organizational levels.

Her impeccable skills landed her impressive positions, such as Managing Editor at The i Paper, where she honed her expertise in digital news and content development. Before this, she occupied multiple positions ranging from Head of News Development, Digital Development Editor, Deputy Head of Digital, Property Writer, and Researcher at The Times and Sunday Times, among other roles. Lucia also co-founded 10 Digital Ladies, an organization that aims to empower and connect women in digital.

Lucia's extensive experience in project management and delivery coaching, coupled with her vast repertoire of skills and expertise in digital transformation and mentorship, have seen her work with major organizations such as Google, where she was an assessor for the Digital News Innovation Fund, a YouTube Creator Mentor, and a Google Launchpad Business Mentor.
