Lucas Oswald

Lucas Oswald is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and diverse experiences in the fields of finance, renewable energy, and chemical engineering.

He holds an Executive MBA in Finance and General studies from Ibmec, a Master of Engineering in Renewable Energy from The University of Hull, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia.

Lucas currently serves as the Managing Partner at Prosolar Heos, where he is involved in leading key initiatives within the organization. Prior to this role, he held the position of Managing Partner at Rua, Gin, Flow Festival, showcasing his expertise in entrepreneurship and project management.

With a solid foundation in the energy sector, Lucas has also worked as a Business Analyst at Ecoluz S.A., gaining valuable insights into business operations and strategy development.

His early career included an internship at Prosolar, where he honed his skills in the solar energy industry, and a leadership role as Vice President at Prisma - Empresa Júnior de Engenharia Química - UFBA, highlighting his commitment to academic and professional growth.
