Lucas Machado

Meet Lucas Machado, a driven and resilient individual on a mission to empower dreams. Lucas was born and raised in a socially vulnerable area, the son of a low-income mother who worked as a diarist and a father who was a victim of homicide. Despite his challenging background, Lucas found his passion for music and started playing instruments at the age of 8. He was introduced to the idea of "being whatever he wanted to be" through a community social project that ignited a spark inside him. Today, he has mastered 27 instruments and is determined to inspire others to pursue their dreams and realize their potential.

Lucas earned his degrees in Law from the Universidade Federal do Paraná and in English Literature from UNIASSELVI. He completed his legal training at Skore, and previously held positions as a Legal Trainee at Skore, Intern at the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Paraná, and Project Intern at the Secretaria de Estado de Segurança Pública e Administração Penitenciária. Lucas also worked as an Apprentice at Inter Americano.

Lucas is passionate about using his experiences and expertise to inspire and empower others who are facing adversity. He believes that everyone, regardless of their socio-economic background, deserves the chance to realize their potential and live their dreams.
