Lucas Lam is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer success, partner management, enterprise solutions consulting, and operations management.

Currently, Lucas serves in a key role at BoostUp.ai in the Customer Success department, leveraging his expertise to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Before his role at BoostUp.ai, Lucas gained extensive experience at LeanData, Inc., where he held various positions including Partner Management, Enterprise Solutions Consultant, Manager of Customer Success, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager.

In addition to his corporate roles, Lucas has a strong foundation in retail and coaching, having worked at Apple, DFS, CoachUp, and iCruze in different capacities.

His early professional experience also includes serving as a Camp Leader and Counselor at Punahou School, demonstrating his leadership and mentoring capabilities.
