Lucas Gil is a dedicated Energy Engineer and Bachelor of Science and Technology from the Federal University of ABC. Currently, he is actively involved in the design and development of photovoltaic power plant projects, showcasing a passion for renewable energies, efficient systems, and sustainability. With a background in energy market management, Lucas has gained valuable insights in generator management, monitoring power plants in the free market, and expertise in solar and wind sources.

Lucas's educational journey includes attending Colégio Nossa Senhora do Rosário for his preparatory education, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering at the Federal University of ABC, and also completing a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology at the same institution. Additionally, he enhanced his skills by studying Competitive Project Management at the University at Albany School of Business.

In terms of professional experience, Lucas has held the position of Energy Services Engineer at EDP Grid Gestão de Redes Inteligentes de Distribuição S.A. He previously worked as a Junior Energy Services Analyst and an Engineering Intern at the same company. Additionally, he has taught English as a Professor at Enprep and completed an internship at Comerc Energia.
