Lucas Garrido

Lucas Garrido is a professional with a solid background in finance and business administration, having graduated from USCS. With over a decade of experience in the financial sector, he began his career at Capital In, a Family office specializing in real estate and technology investments.

During his tenure at Capital In, Lucas focused on cultivating relationships and facilitating business development between companies and the family, with a primary focus on M&A and Structured Operations. Transitioning from the Family Office environment, he played a crucial role in structuring the B2B division of Necton Investimentos, a company under BTG Pactual, which was a 100% B2C entity during his time there.

Subsequently, Lucas joined Guide Investimentos in 2019, where he significantly contributed to the growth of the company's B2B segment in the national market. In 2020, he embarked on a new challenge at Banco Safra, leading the initiation and structuring of the B2B project, aimed at expanding Safra Invest, the Bank's investment arm. In this role, Lucas collaborated closely with Private Bankers and Investment Offices, devising financial and commercial strategies to enhance Safra's business.

His expertise and leadership were further recognized in 2021 when he was invited to drive the expansion of a VLGI office. Lucas primarily focused on recruiting AAI's and Private Bankers while also crafting strategies for mergers and acquisitions within the market.

Lucas Garrido holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Aeronautical Mechanics Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA. His impressive professional journey includes roles such as Co-Portfolio Manager at Itaú Asset Management, Vice President at GIC, Assistant Vice President at GIC, Associate at GP Investments, Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
