Lucas Eastwood

Lucas Eastwood is the founder and president of Eastwood Development, a fully staffed design-build general contractor and developer.12 He is a decorated combat veteran who served two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan as a member of the 82nd Airborne Division and a Special Operations Unit.2 After his military service, Lucas moved to San Francisco and started his career in construction as a laborer while taking college classes.2

In 2007, Lucas earned his contractor's license and established Eastwood Development, building the company from the ground up.2 Over the last 17 years, Eastwood Development has completed over 100 projects with a total construction value of $300 million in residential and commercial real estate across Oregon and California.1

Lucas is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) in Oregon.12 His company, Eastwood Development, is Indian-owned and Indian-operated, with a focus on enhancing tribal land use and profitability.1
