Lucas Aguiar is a seasoned HR professional with a solid educational background and a wide range of experience in the field.

Having studied Technical High School and Business Administration at EFG BH, Lucas also pursued his Master of Business Administration in Organisational Behaviour from the prestigious London Business School and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.

Currently, Lucas Aguiar holds a key position as Partner and Head of HR Products at XP Inc., where he is involved in shaping the future of HR.

Prior to his role at XP Inc., Lucas gained valuable experience through internships at Fundação Lemann and QEdu, as well as holding various consulting positions at Falconi, where he worked his way up from a Consulting Intern to a Senior Consultant and Team Leader.
