He has a proven track record of driving clarity, cohesion, and results by bridging diverse competences within cross-industry digital transformation initiatives.

Throughout his career, Luca has worked closely with executive teams at both Unicorn and Fortune 500 organizations, focusing on long-term assignments to help technology companies achieve their mission and product vision. His areas of expertise cover critical functions in software-centric and digitally enabled organizations, including product and portfolio management, end-to-end product lifecycle, business planning, P&L management, sales productivity, and go-to-market strategies. Luca has a passion for solving complex problems, developing understanding, and democratizing solutions to drive product innovation and development.

Luca Ridolfi's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from INSEAD, a Master's degree in Information Technology from Politecnico di Milano, and degrees in Informatics and Philosophy from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo, respectively.
