Luca Mariotti

Luca Mariotti is a service & UX designer senior with expertise in industrial design and process innovation. With a Master's Degree in Industrial Design from the Università degli Studi di Roma 'La Sapienza', Luca has extensive experience in user experience, design thinking, and human-computer interaction. He currently works at ENEL, where he is responsible for creating a user-centered experience for products and services targeted at both B2C and B2B customers. He is passionate about different points of view, which he applies to his work ethics with respect, listening, and dialogue. Additionally, he enjoys sharing his knowledge with colleagues and has trained many of them on design subjects like UX and service design.

Luca's background is rich in professional experiences, from working as a creative designer to a teacher of video editing. He has worked for several companies, including HCL Technologies, Intralot Holding & Services S.p.A., GB Trade, and Studiom30. He continues to develop his skills to ensure holistic and intuitive designs that prioritize user experience.
