Luca Ferrara

Luca Ferrara is a seasoned professional who co-founded Alleans Renewables in 2017, leading it to become a prominent infrastructure investment group with over 3.5 GWp of renewable energy assets in various high-grade markets.

Under his leadership, significant milestones were achieved including establishing investment vehicles with global infrastructure banks and Fortune 500 companies, as well as partnering with asset managers for dedicated infrastructure funds, resulting in acquisitions exceeding 1 GWp by the end of 2020.

Alleans Renewables currently operates within a prestigious European asset manager's portfolio, and its growth is propelled by funds secured from top financial institutions, with a target to reach 10 GWp by 2025.

Luca's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from SDA Bocconi, complemented by a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Università degli Studi dell'Aquila.

Prior to his role at Alleans Renewables, Luca held key positions such as Head of Business Development (Asia) at APartners Capital, COO at Alleans Renewables, Managing Partner at First Ray Capital, Director of Operations (Greater China) at The Vitec Group plc, and Regional Partner (South China) at Dezan Shira & Associates.
