Luca de Angelis

Luca de Angelis is a well-rounded IT professional with expertise in various industries including Defence&Space, Telco, Public Sector, and Financial/Banking. With over 10 years of experience, he has played different roles ranging from software designer, IT consultant, analyst, startupper, field engineer, and IS Auditor/Supervisor. He founded JoinJob srls, a startup in the "sharing-economy" field, developed mobile applications, and designed solutions for Italian military forces in radio communications and VoIP as a software analyst.

Currently, Luca is focused on deepening his skills in IT security, cloud architectures, and cryptocurrencies. He is competent in IT security, risk analysis and management, cloud computing (Microsoft Azure and AWS), business analysis and requirements, API and webservices design and implementation, mobile applications (iOS and Windows Mobile), .Net Framework (C#, ASP.NET), SharePoint, VoIP, GSM/TETRA.

Luca is currently an Information Technology Risk Supervisor - Advisor at Banca d'Italia, where he ensures the infrastructures, security, governance, and risk management of banking and financial IT departments. Before that, he was a Premier Field Engineer at Microsoft, where he helped customers to design, implement, and support solutions using Microsoft products, above all, cloud, and collaboration products.
