Luc Dudler is the Vice President of Partnerships at SmartRecruiters, a leading global Applicant Tracking System (ATS) provider that helps organizations attract top talent. He is dedicated to establishing strategic partnerships with industry leaders to deliver advanced technology and premium services for talent acquisition. Luc is passionate about driving recruitment innovation through collaborative alliances and welcomes opportunities to revolutionize talent acquisition together.

Previously, Luc was the founder and CEO of jobpal, a groundbreaking recruiting chatbot company that was acquired by SmartRecruiters in 2020. They were pioneers in automation and machine learning within the talent acquisition field. Luc spearheaded company strategy, product development, team growth, fundraising, and corporate endeavors. Before his role at jobpal, he gained experience in various startups and companies through internships during his academic pursuits.

Luc Dudler holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Maastricht University and completed an exchange semester in (Business) Economics at Universidad de Oviedo.

His professional journey includes key roles such as Vice President of Partnerships and General Manager at SmartRecruiters, Founder & CEO at jobpal, Business Development Lead at different companies, Sales Manager, as well as Marketing & Business Development positions. Luc has a strong foundation in business development, sales, marketing, and internship experiences at notable organizations such as AMERANO GmbH, Validero, ABSOLVENTA GmbH, Vattenfall Europe AG, MBB SE, and others. He also co-founded the Maastricht Week of Entrepreneurship.
