Luana Afiune

Luana Afiune is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in pharmacy, nanoscience, and nanobiotechnology.

She pursued her Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy at the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso, followed by a Ph.D. in Nanoscience and Nanobiotechnology, specializing in nanocomposites and nanodevices for pharmaceuticals and cosmetics at the Universidade de Brasília.

Additionally, Luana completed a Master's degree in Basic and Applied Immunology and Parasitology, focusing on areas such as embryology, maternal-fetal immunology, parasitology, and experimental teratology at the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso.

She is currently working as a scientific researcher at the Universidade de Brasília and has previously served as a substitute professor at UFMT - Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso.
