Louise Carter

Louise Carter is an accomplished Executive Coach and Management Consultant with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve lasting change. She is a Senior Executive and consultant with highly developed stakeholder management skills, having consulted and contracted for both Private companies and Government entities.

Louise has a proven track record of enhancing learning retention and behavior change, employee engagement and retention, change management, and general business effectiveness and process improvement. Her expertise includes facilitating new directions in organizational culture, behavioral change, stakeholder satisfaction strategies, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Her education consists of an MBA, an honors degree in organizational psychology, a graduate diploma in applied science, a post-graduate qualification in instructional design, a diploma in Executive and Business Coaching, and Prosci certification. She is also a Master Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner and Trainer, and holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

Previously, Louise was a Learning and Development Specialist at The Pew Charitable Trusts and a Business & Executive Coach/Change Management and Learning and Development Specialist at Performance Partnership.
