Louis Stewart
Louis Stewart is a service-based leader with a diverse professional background that spans across the public and private sector. He is currently Head of Strategic Initiatives for NVIDIA's global Developer Ecosystem, where he plays a crucial role in fostering a more inclusive AI community by working with different organizations to build relationships that promote tech preparedness and grow the overall developer base.
Before joining NVIDIA, Mr. Stewart served as the Chief Innovation Officer at the City of Sacramento, where he oversaw initiatives to promote long-term economic growth through innovation by bridging the public-private divide, reducing processes and supporting entrepreneurs. He has also served as the Deputy Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development, overseeing the coordination and promotion of innovative programs and emerging technologies throughout the state.
Aside from his public sector roles, Mr. Stewart has 18 years of experience in the private sector, including program management, sales, marketing, business diversity, and information technology. He played professional basketball in Peru and Belgium and is a Nehemiah Sr. Fellow for Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
