Louis Ross is a highly educated and experienced professional with expertise in finance, technology, intellectual property law, and banking and securities law. He studied at prestigious institutions such as The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, The University of Tokyo, and Keio University, among others. He has served as CEO/Director of MEI Micro, Inc., and previously headed up Motion Engine, Inc., Virtus Advanced Sensors, Inc., and Obsidian Capital. Additionally, he has worked as an SBIR Phase II Proposal Reviewer at the National Science Foundation, a lecturer at Waseda University, and an Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch Japan, among other positions.

During his career, Louis Ross has also been a Japan Ambassadorial Scholarship Recipient at Rotary International, a researcher at Meiji Gakuin University, and an industry analyst at NASDAQ. He has served as an assistant in various capacities, including to the Financial Attache at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research.
