I was the sole city launcher, managing day-to-day operations of the office, client acquisition, account management, lead generation, inbound and outbound sales, supplier management as well as recruitment.
Established and managed partnerships across several industries.  Organised and hosted 5 x Airsorted events in Tel Aviv (between 30 - 100 attendees).

Highlights
• Built the Airsorted Tel Aviv office from scratch, the fastest-growing new locality in Q3 18, and Q4 18 which exceeded all growth OKRs within the first six weeks of opening.
 • Secured Airsorted position as a market leader in Tel Aviv, one of the world’s leading Airbnb communities. 
• Successfully managed a full office’s operations by hitting all OKRs including; 4.8* Average cleaning rating, +200 new clients, CX avg. response time of 18 hours and +3000 booked nights.  
• Recruited and trained a local team of 5
• Managing all PR and relationships with local publications, securing free press on Airsorted in x 5 of the largest publications in Israel (e.g. The Marker).

Growth City Launcher

Worked as an account manager in the leading Airbnb management service. I was the main face and point of contact for all my clients in this role where I built up a portfolio of 100+ accounts. 

The role included the initial onboard of our clients and guiding them through their journey with Airsorted to provide them with hassle-free hosting. I regularly exceeding my target for setting homes live on Airbnb and other platforms with Airsorted. As I grew in the role to become an experienced team member, I trained my peers and new starters in helping them to hit the company targets, deliver great service and help integrate them into the company culture.

Account Manager

Working as an account manager for DTV Optimise. We worked with medium and large sized charities to build and execute successful and ethical telephone fundraising campaigns, balancing the needs of the charities’ public image with financial needs to create and personal fundraising experience.

Duties included collection of calling data, data cleaning and analysis to improve fundraising strategies.
Clients include some incredible and diverse causes; Save the Children UK, Medicine Sans Frontiers, Macmillan cancer support.
