Louis Guiden Jr. is an eminent figure in the field of juvenile delinquency who has dedicated his life to helping young offenders rebuild their lives and become successful adults. As the CEO of GuidenU4Life, a youth training and support organization, he has helped transform the lives of countless young men by providing them with the necessary tools and strategies to break free from a life of crime.

GuidenU4Life's service focuses on preventing criminal behavior and reinforcing pro-social interactions to foster youth development across key areas such as anger and conflict management strategies, improved self-esteem, and adaptive planning for future success. The effectiveness of their three-point framework has made them a trusted partner of several juvenile facilities in the Puget Sound region, including Green Hill School, Woodinville Treatment Center, Oakridge Group, Touchstone, King County Adult Regional Justice Center and King County Juvenile Detention Center.

Guiden's contributions to gang prevention, intervention, and research have been recognized by the National Gang Crime Research Center in Chicago back in 2010. His expertise in community mobilization, organizational capacity building, and intervention strategies have enabled him to reach out and impact incarcerated males of color.

Despite his impressive work in the field, Guiden's greatest gift and highest goal remain his ability to connect with young people on a personal level and transform their lives. Through his work, he has earned a solid reputation as a subject matter expert, and his organization continues to make a positive impact on the lives of young offenders.
