Louis Faure

Louis Faure is an accomplished executive coach and co-founder of Eotekum, a company dedicated to fostering purposeful leadership through a unique mentorship approach known as "companionship." He graduated from HEC Paris in 2017, where he developed a strong interest in social entrepreneurship during two gap years in the Philippines, focusing on sustainable chicken farming initiatives. Upon returning to the Philippines after his studies, Faure worked for four years supporting local and international social entrepreneurs while researching purposeful leadership alongside his mentor, Hubert de Boisredon, CEO of Armor Group.12

In 2020, Faure returned to France and, together with Boisredon, established Eotekum. The firm aims to train leaders to make courageous decisions that benefit the common good and to implement long-term purposeful intentions. A key component of their training is the companionship program at HEC Paris, which pairs students with alumni to foster reciprocal learning and personal development.1 Faure's work emphasizes building authentic relationships and enhancing decision-making processes among participants.1
