Louis de Merode is a highly educated coach and business professional with a diverse set of skills and experiences. With a Masters in Coaching from an undisclosed institution, a doctorate in optometry from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, de Merode has built a career on building and leading teams to success.

He has worked for organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank Group, and the International Fund for Agricultural Development as a facilitator and change management consultant. He has also worked as a leadership coach for Encompass Health.

Currently, de Merode is the owner of Silver Creek Associates and was formerly the principal and an Integral Master Coach at the same company. He studied coaching at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and leadership and coaching at Georgetown University.
