Loryn Sheffner

Loryn Sheffner is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in public administration, regional planning, and international relations.

She obtained a Master of Public Administration in Public Affairs and Regional Planning from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University, showcasing her commitment to academic excellence and a multidisciplinary approach to her career.

Loryn has held key positions in various organizations, including serving as the Executive Director of the Kuehn Fellowship at the Kuehn Charitable Foundation, where she demonstrated her leadership and strategic planning skills.

Her tenure as a Principal at Avenue Development, along with roles in the Office of Real Estate Management Services at DCAMM in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Public Private Partnerships department in the City of Detroit, illustrates her expertise in real estate, urban development, and fostering effective partnerships.

With prior experience as a Senior Project Manager at Madison Park Development Corporation, Senior Vice President at Bank of America, and Project Executive at GLC Development Resources, Loryn has honed her project management, financial, and organizational abilities.
