Lorne Segall, SHRM - SCP

Lorne Segall is a talent leader with a passion for managing professional development programs. Born and raised in Montreal, he attended Concordia University for a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing with a minor in Financial Accounting, earning a 3.5 GPA. Segall then moved on to work at various marketing agencies, including SDI Marketing and 160over90, in roles such as PepsiCo and Gatorade Sports Marketing, Corporate Sales and Events Intern, and Account Manager, Client Services. In addition to his agency work, he also created and led the Manhattan Sports Business Academy, where he mentored and recruited over 150 young professionals. Currently, Segall is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Octagon, using his communication, branding, and event planning skills to create memorable candidate experiences. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, vinyl records, and karaoke challenges.
