Lori Sherwood has an extensive financial background with over two decades of experience in strategic and financial planning, acquisitions and divestitures, debt refinancing, litigation management, regulatory oversight, audit, tax and information technology management. After studying at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Boston University, Lori has held various senior financial executive roles in a range of private equity and founder-owned businesses, including Parts Town and Huskie Tools. She has participated in multiple portfolio company transactions, and her expertise shines through her experience as Vice President & CFO at Tippmann Sports, LLC, Vice President Finance & Corporate Controller, Secretary & Treasurer at Bells Sports, and Director, Financial Planning & Analysis at Bell Sports.
