I provide a variety of web development services at Progress Systems used to create our digital solutions. The mission of our team of digital experts is to develop business-driven web applications and systems, offering the exact solutions to our customers to take their businesses to the next level.In my current role, I am the technical lead for the Umbraco Project.  I have extended the Umbraco solution in several areas including custom dashboards, customised plugins and property editors.Some example plugins include: •	Google maps •	Leaflet Maps•	Facebook (Graph Api)•	Twitter•	Charts (charts.js)•	Loan Calculator•	Data Protection Plugins (To Pull DPO information from website configuration and Umbraco translation module)I have incorporated the Umbraco HeartCore (Headless CMS) into the project to pull in global notifications and to manage global content for the sites.I manage the deployment of the project to UAT and production.  We use Azure Dev ops for our continuous integration.

My responsibilities were to customise the company's core product Mstar, to our customer needs using JSP, SQL and Crystal Reports. I am also responsible for looking into new technologies that the company could use. I have also redeveloped the company's commercial website <a href="http://www.luna.ie">www.luna.ie</a> to be more search engine friendly and set up a monitoring system to issue reports on the website.

My main duties were data processing, data management and data extraction using in house developed software and Ms Visual FoxPro. I liaised with PMI development to suggest and test improvements within software packages. I also liaised with clients on an on-going basis to allow design, implementation and maintenance of their own databases.

My responsibilities were to develop search engine optimisation strategies, to develop static pages using HTML & Dreamweaver, to liaise with developers in South Africa and implement design changes and to test new developments on <a href="http://www.regencyhotels.com">www.regencyhotels.com</a> & <a href="http://www.justreservations.com">www.justreservations.com</a>. I was also responsible for the training for hoteliers on the extranet system. I monitored and maintained PPC campaigns on both Overture and Google Adwords and developed a reporting system for both websites using Microsoft Access 2000 and VBA.
