Lori Kendall

Dr. Lori D. Kendall is a seasoned professional with 30+ years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, engineer, and technology executive.

Her professional expertise includes SaaS/PaaS/Cloud new product development, business/research analytics, entrepreneurship, product/portfolio management, digital innovation models, agile/lean development, design thinking, leadership and culture, and mergers and acquisitions.

With a background in leadership positions and as a co-founder for industry-leading voice and video communications and contact center companies, Lori has excelled in networking, computer equipment firms, venture-backed AI, and data mining startups.

As a Silicon Valley alumna, Lori specializes in new venture incubation, acceleration, and navigating firms through major inflection points.

Dr. Kendall serves as a senior lecturer at The Ohio State University, teaching courses in quantitative methods, entrepreneurship, business strategy, problem-solving, and leadership.

She is also associated with Case Western Reserve University, where she taught graduate and undergraduate classes.

Her research focuses on organizational dynamics, innovation practices, sustainable value creation, and net positive impact.

Lori holds a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University and has also completed Masters and BA degrees at Holy Names College.

In her previous roles, Lori has held positions such as Operating Partner at Orchid.Black, Managing Director - Founder at DIT Advisors, LLC, and Vice President at Polycom, among others.
