Responsible for the implementation of Financial Modules for Global Retail Organization. The primary function as the Project Lead for Cash Management/Treasury is to provide process analysis support in converting from legacy to Oracle and managing the training effort required to bring the Company on line with Oracle.  Secondary role as the project lead implementing a third party credit card processor. This role involved preparing overall project plans, develop and monitor progress against project plans for IT effort, assist project managers to scope work based on requirements. Involved in documenting the business process by identifying the requirements and solutions.

IT Functional Consultant

Planned, redesigned and reorganized the Oracle security for the City of Miami. This included managing security, administrating concurrent requests, monitoring workflow notifications and defining customizations. Assisted in integration testing and implementation of Oracle Financials (AP, GL, FA, PnG, AR, CM).
