Lori Britton

Lori Britton is a seasoned development professional with a wealth of experience in serving charitable organizations focused on education, arts and culture, and human services.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University, a Master's degree in Urban Affairs from Boston University, and completed her high school diploma with a Classical/College Prep curriculum at Boston Latin School.

Lori has held various key roles in multiple organizations including Development Counsel at Urban Farming Institute of Boston (UFI), Hyde Square Task Force, New Commonwealth Fund, and Black Economic Council of Massachusetts, Inc.

In addition, she has served as CDO at Epiphany School, Founder and Principal at Community Resource Consulting, INC, and in development roles at several other organizations such as Rehearsal for Life, Inc., Casa Myrna, and ArtsEmerson.

Her vast experience also includes positions as Development Consultant at United South End Settlements, Conservatory Lab Charter School, and YouthBuild Boston among others.

Lori has worked in various capacities such as Major Gifts Consultant, Director of Development, and Manager of Donor Relations at prestigious organizations like the Museum of African American History, John F. Kennedy Library Foundation, and MIT.
