For 4200 staff campus with annual budget of $850 million, designed and developed new programs to source hard-to-find talent, responsible for attracting, hiring and on-boarding over 350 new staff annually, established trusted business partnership relationships with five science directorates to effectively manage talent, implemented significant modifications to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, provided strategic management solutions to address myriad of staff issues and overhauled the previously outsourced post-doctorate program. As investigator during first five years, responsible for investigating complaints of employment discrimination and enforcing the laws under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as Amended, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. As a Supervisor, responsible for developing staff of investigators, directing work assignments, effectively collaborating with legal staff to prepare cases for litigation, and reviewing investigative work product to ensure accurate applications of discrimination theories.
