Lorenzo Ego

Lorenzo Ego, a descendant of 19th-century Italian sea merchants, has made his mark in the business world. With a strong passion for global politics and economics, Lorenzo pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, as well as Business Economics. During this time, Lorenzo became an internationally active student representative, engaging himself in educational policy and politics.

Lorenzo's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Studaro, a recruitment company that connects highly educated students from all over the world with the labor market, giving their future professional career a boost. The company was built up with guidance from Conny Vandendriessche, a renowned name in the HR industry. Lorenzo's leadership helped scale Studaro, leading a team of 12 go-getters for four years.

Lorenzo is now seeking his next professional challenge with a focus on social impact-driven organizations, technology, sustainability, and community. As an Italian sea merchant descendant, Lorenzo is willing to relocate and is always open for a friendly chat over a black double espresso.
