• Ensure that all treasury processes within EMEA are aligned according to SEC / EEB policies
• Develop maintain and manage all treasury systems and internal controls including J-Sox and ensure
advice and training is provided on treasury procedures to relevant staff
• Ensuring robust financial system for cash management including subsidiarias funding, identifying and
mitigating against financial risks, encouraging a culture of sound financial practice.

Preparing and monitoring proper documentation according internal requirements
• Liquidity management: assessing requirements, ensuring sufficient cash or borrowing facilities.

managing the funding obtained, developing and maintaining relationships with external bodies.
• Risk management: identifying, analysing and mitigating against financial risks, implementing a risk
management policy, assisting in or leading risk management activities.

•	Manage and evaluate cash management staff  at RTC (Regional Treasury Center)
•	Manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow
•	Daily and weekly cash report Europe entities to management
•       Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions. 
•	Manage all aspects of In-house investment portfolios. 
•	Assess risk/return tradeoffs in guidelines.  
•	Prepare / monitor company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling. 
•	Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies. 
•	Collaborate and internal negociation with other departments (Tax, Legal. HR, Accounting)making sure to comply with appropriate accounting procedures and other departments processes requirements
•	Manage relationships with financial service providers. 
•	Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues. 
•	Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits Company’s requirements. 
•	Meet with cash management banks to plan cash management vs. Company’s needs. 
•	Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines. 
•	Manage, direct, and develop Cash Management staff. 
•	Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements. 
•	Support and participate in Companies’ Strategic Plan activities
•       Lead and supervise Internal Corporate Policies and Proccedures are complied by the team
•       Assisting with SOX audits

Treasury Manager  RTC EUROPE

Providing strategic support to the Treasurer with regard to all aspects of treasury management. Responsible of managing cash flow in Laureate Europe  including execution, reporting, performance and controls. 

Coordinating team remotely in each subsidiaries Treasury department
Adding value to Laureate Europe Region by

• Supporting the Holding Company to implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies. Leading Europe RTC coordination and implemantation.
