    Lorena Darquea is an Ecuadorian architect and architectural photographer based in Mexico.13 She founded Lorena Darquea Architectural Photography in 2012 and has been working as the lead photographer since then.4

    Darquea studied architecture at ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico, and began exploring architectural photography during a Visual Arts workshop at Aalto University in Helsinki, Finland, in 2009.23 She later completed a Low Residency program at the International Center of Photography in New York in 2018.3
