Loren Thomas

Loren Thomas is an entrepreneur and the Co-Founder & CEO of ZENA (formerly known as Tribe + Glory).1 She is passionate about sustainable development models and female entrepreneurship, believing that empowering women can drive global change and challenge societal norms.1

Loren divides her time between New York, London, and Uganda, where she resides with her pet goat. She co-founded The Zena Brand and The Zena Launch Pad, which focus on equipping female entrepreneurs to combat extreme poverty and gender inequality.1 The organization provides women below the poverty line with opportunities to save debt-free capital, access business education, and launch sustainable businesses.1

Background and Education

Loren holds a Bachelor's degree in Youth and Community Studies with a focus on Retail Merchandising from The University of Texas at Austin.1 Her professional journey includes serving as the Women's Empowerment Director at Empower a Child from 2012 to 2016.1
