Loren Segal

Loren Segal is a highly accomplished technology professional with a strong educational background in engineering and software engineering. He obtained a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering from Concordia University. Loren has held key positions in various organizations, showcasing his expertise and leadership skills. Currently, he serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Layers. Previously, he was the Director of Engineering at Surkus Crowdcasting, Senior Software Engineer and Principal Software Engineer at Splice.Com, and also founded Polyvex, where he held roles as the Lead Developer and Creative Co-Director. Prior to that, he worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services, a Teaching Assistant at Concordia University, a Game Developer at Feed A Robot, a Web Developer Intern at Apple, and a Freelance Designer at Simple Design.
