He has a strong background in leading projects/programs, budgeting, financial planning, proposals/business capture, driving innovation, and integrating lean execution practices within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Throughout his career, Loren has held leadership roles in organizations overseeing development and production programs ranging from $100M+ to $2B in size.

He has led organizations, program portfolios, and teams managing up to 42 simultaneous projects, 20 direct reports, and 200+ personnel.

His educational background includes Project Management studies at Crosswinds Project Management, an Executive Master's in Business Administration with Honors from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, Principles of Program Leadership (PPL) studies from Babson College, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
