As a Business Development Manager, drove enterprise business development strategies with new and existing clients, including selling fee-based support services and up-selling new feature development. Spearheaded all phases of the sales lifecycle, from prospecting and customer needs analysis, through contract negotiations and account management.

While in this role, grew high availability and disaster recover support revenue by 21%. Grew YoY training revenue by 400%.

Antec manufactures and distributes personal computer components and consumer technology products.

As a Key Account Manager, developed and managed large reseller accounts, including Newegg, Fry’s Electronics, Micro Center, and Best Buy, to increase presence in the North American region. Optimized the sales process in partnership with product and delivery teams. Forged long-lasting relationships with current and prospective clients, focusing on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

While in this role, managed a $26M annual book of business. Increased 2011 sales by 20%, effectively establishing a new retail sales record for the company.

As a Sales Representative, developed and executed end-to-end sales and business development operations for the US market. Managed reseller accounts through all phases of the account management lifecycle, from lead generation through contract negotiations. Collaborated with the executive team to create new value propositions and go-to-market strategies.  

While in this role, raised brand and product awareness through the creation of advertising campaigns. Expanded into the commercial market by developing relationships with Fortune 500 manufacturers.
