Lore Sprouse
Lore Sprouse is an accomplished project manager with a wealth of experience in personal insurance and finance. As a highly skilled Project Management Professional®, she possesses an extensive knowledge of customer relations, team building, procurement, cost management, quality management, and more. With diverse experience in managing large-scale and complex initiatives, she is known for delivering projects within budget and on time and complying with governance standards. She has a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and the iterative project lifecycle, which have enabled her to make effective observations and positive decision-making that benefit the bottom line. Lore has gained vast experience in managing scope, resources, time and costs in multi-site and multi-vendor environments while identifying, tracking, managing, mitigating, and resolving potential risks, issues, and changes.
