Lolita has a rich background in recruitment and talent management across various industries. Before joining Hello Heart in February 2022, she served as the Director of Global Talent at Tubi, where she managed a global recruitment team. Her previous experience includes significant roles at Amplitude as Head of Global Recruitment, and at Unity Technologies, Pixar Animation Studios, and Apple, among others. This diverse experience encompasses university recruiting, executive search, and various managerial positions.1

Lolita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management from Colorado State University, completed in 1998, and an Associate of Arts degree in Resource Management from Sterling College. Additionally, she is certified as "Dare to Lead Trained" from Dare to Lead™ in 2020.1
