Lola Engle is a dedicated learning and organizational development (L&OD) professional with a strong background in program management, organizational development, curriculum design, coaching, and facilitation.

With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Learning from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, Lola has acquired a solid educational foundation for her career.

Having served in various roles at the University of California, Los Angeles, including Associate Director of Student Affairs, Manager of Student Affairs, Student Affairs Officer, and New Student Advisor at UCLA Summer Sessions and as a Development Intern at UCLA Live, Lola has gained diverse experience in student services and organizational development.

Driven by the belief that our time on Earth should be utilized to make a meaningful contribution to society, Lola is passionate about helping individuals achieve their full professional potential and assisting organizations in progressing towards their missions.
