Lokesh Sikaria

Lokesh Sikaria is the Founder and Managing Partner at Moneta Ventures, a venture capital firm focusing on early-stage investments in innovative technology companies.

With a background in founding and leading successful firms, Lokesh has a proven track record in the technology and IT industry.

Prior to Moneta Ventures, Lokesh founded and led Sparta Consulting, a global IT firm that reached over $125 million in revenue and 1500 employees before being acquired by KPIT Cummins.

Before Sparta Consulting, Lokesh served as the COO at Rapidigm, contributing to its growth to over $250 million in annual revenue before its acquisition by Fujitsu.

Lokesh is currently on the board of several companies including Sikka Software, Sibros, CREtelligent, Aumni, TSP, Engage3, Reviver, and TeleMed2U.

A graduate in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from UC Berkeley, Lokesh resides in Folsom, CA, with his family and has been an active member of the Sacramento region since 1994.
