I currently serve as the Sr Benefits Manager at Eisner Advisory Group, a leading accounting and advisory firm.
In this role, I partner with the Director of Total Rewards and HR Leadership to advise senior leadership on critical business decisions concerning employee benefits and culture, using my strong financial acumen, business sensibility, and employee-focused mindset. I also lead the benefits team to manage the administration of the company-sponsored health, welfare, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer service. Additionally, I collaborate with benefits brokers and vendors to assess and analyze current trends and performance of the plans, and provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations. Furthermore, I develop and implement benefits, wellness, and retirement education campaigns for staff, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged with their benefits.
