Lois Jost is an experienced realtor with a commitment to honesty and professionalism. She has a BS in Music Education from Tennessee Tech University and completed her real estate education at the Ed Hogue School of Real Estate. Previously a member of a top producing realty team in Tampa, Lois comes from a real estate family with her father and brother also working in the industry. She relocated to Nassau County with her husband in 2006 and has since become an active member of the community, volunteering for Bark for Life and Fernandina Beach Relay for Life. Her specialties are residential, relocation, and resort property sales. Lois is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert with knowledge of short sales and foreclosures. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Amelia Island - Nassau County Association of Realtors.
