o	Support and control for operation & country managers.
o	Controlling projects financial budgets, results & forecasts (multiple countries, worldwide), as well as support & head-office costs.
o	Managing Land BL finance controlling team (4 pax), and coordination with group shared services (Fiscal, Legal, accountancy, treasury...).
o	In charge of administrative and finance part of Land BL wind down & closure after CGG strategic decision to leave seismic acquisition business, and coordination of sale of assets.

Senior Finance Controller - Land Acquisition B/L

Seismic Project supervision - Reopening activities after 10 years of CGG Land absence.
Project Turnover : 5 M$
o	Identification & hiring of local key personnel for office and crew. Up to 500 PAX.
o	Relation with local authorities and administration. Update on local legislation for operations and employment. 
o	Direct supervision of operations, finance, purchasing, logistics. 
o	Accountability for office and projects financial result (P&L).

Legal set up 
o	Initial project performed as a foreign company – no permanent establishment. Specific processes for bank, customs and VAT exemptions.
o	Analysis with tax & legal department, on opening legal entity (PE) in Morocco for potential continuation projects. 

Business Development
o	Follow up on leads for potential land seismic projects.
o	Upstream meetings with client to prepare further tenders for the country.

Country Manager & Land Project Manager

Algiers branch / 12 Employees – Land acquisition crew / 500-800 Employees
Branch budget: 1,6 M$ / Yearly turnover: 25 - 55 M$

Branch management CGG Services SAS Algeria (Legal representative)
o Direct management of operations, finance, purchasing, logistics
o Accountability for branch budget and projects financial result (P & L)
o Branch administrative and tax compliance
o Relations with local authorities (security, administration, tax, employment)
o Relations with French diplomatic services (commercial, security)

Multi-activity business development
o Business intelligence for all CGG Group divisions
o Response to land acquisition calls for tender: costing and technical offer preparation. 
o Search for new business opportunities and technical promotion

Operational management and contract management
o Operational accountability for land acquisition contracts, 
o Contract management and customer relations (negotiations, litigations)
o Administrative and operational support for all CGG Group divisions

Branch Manager Algeria & Land Project Manager

Seismic project supervision (SONATRACH), based in country office.
Projects Turnover: 70 M$ 
o	Remote desert vibroseis crew, up to 1050 PAX.
o	In charge of Project execution, from award and crew preparation to end of contract. HSE, operational  and budget responsibility for the project. 
o	Coordinating in country support services for the crew (procurement & logistics, HR, administration, visas & custom). Focal point for home office support departments (equipment, technical)	
o	In charge of reporting to clients and CGG stakeholders and managers.

Operation supervisor

o	Response to land acquisition tenders worldwide, technical and financial. 
o	New countries prospects scouting & review. Identify local context for further decision (tax, regulations, infrastructure, resources - labor, contractors & providers).
o	Costing & Methods for new technologies projects.
o	Performance analysis of ended projects (productivity, crew compositions, means versus results, statistical analysis).
o	Support for subsidiaries and partners tenders & sales on supercrews (6 months for ARDISEIS / ARGAS in Dubai)

Sales Engineer

Gabon: Seismic project supervision (PERENCO), based in country office. 
Project Turnover: 25 M$
o	Remote jungle crew (explosives), up to 450 PAX, 20 boats and 3 Helicopters.
o	In charge of Project execution, from award and crew preparation to end of contract, with all internal, external and authorities’ stakeholders.
o	Coordination of Emergency response and further local authorities follow up after helicopter crash. 

Thailand: Interim project supervision, based in Bangkok. Responding to tenders.

Operation Supervisor

On site field management of the seismic operation.
o	Manage and coordinate operations.
o	Responsible for productivity, operational costs, quality, lead times.
o	Supervise and motivate the crew to ensure the optimum use of resources.
o	Administer supplies and purchases of materials.
o	Manage day-to-day client relationships in the field.
o	Responsible for compliance with HSE standards and procedures in the field.
o	Manage emergency situations.
o	Manage third parties and local communities’ relation.

Type of crews: 2D & 3D, all methods (vibroseis, explosives, shallow water, helicopter support), all terrains (urban, jungle & river, desert). From 200 to 1100 PAX on crew.

Party Manager

o	Control projects activity and report to project manager and finance manager
o	Preparation of projects budgets, forecasts & business planning
o	Follow up and control of expenses and invoicing for the project

Saipem

Project Cost Controller

Head of finance, based in Kabul for 7 months.  Contract extension to set up the finance department (newly opened country office in Islamabad).
o	Manage full finance functions at country level (team of 4 PAX in Kabul, and 6 controllers in regional bases).
o	Work with country manager on strategy, budgeting and cost allocation. Reporting to French headquarter CFO.
o	Financial Planning & Analysis: Owner of annual budgeting and forecasting for each field project and country structure.
o	Negotiation on budgets, amendments, and contractual aspects with international funders (World bank, UNHCR, USAID, ECHO, FAO)
